Train to Gain is a new service, from the Learning and Skills Council, to help businesses get the training they need to succeed.
Businesses can use the free Train to Gain skills brokerage service. Skills brokers work with employers to analyse their current skills training and provide a recommendation of appropriate training solutions based on their individual needs.
There is financial help to train workers without five good GCSEs (a first full ‘level 2’ qualification).

Business Link Wessex provides local businesses with a single point of access to local support services. It aims to improve the competitiveness of businesses, enabling managers to meet the challenges of a changing business world.
Hampshire Broadband Forum offers free seminars in e-commerce and the use of broadband. It can also provide grants to businesses connecting to broadband for the first time and individuals wishing to do an e-learning course.
The Federation of Small Business, British Chambers of Commerce and Department of Trade & Industry may also be able to give you advice.
