iTQs are designed to incorporate past qualifications to avoid wasteful duplication.

It all depends on how much training you require and how much time is available. You local training provider will be able to talk you through the process and the costs before you decide to go ahead.

Is there financial help available?

Grants are available to help workrs without five good GCSEs (a first full 'level 2' qualification). Contact a Train to Gain skills broker for the full picture.

iTQ can be as flexible as you want it to be and is custom made to suit your business needs. You will need to make a time commitment for staff to learn but this is also determined by your business needs.
