Select an ITQ Coordinator - who could champion iTQ in your business?

In a large company, this may be someone from the Training Department possibly in conjunction with Human Resources/Personnel – or even the other way round.

By contrast, in a smaller organisation, the Coordinator may be an enthusiast (IT or personnel-wise) with no ‘proper’ training skills or background, but with common sense and motivation. He or she should familiarise themselves with ITQ unit by unit and the criteria for the award.
