How will your roll ITQ out across your business?
Think about how you are going to deliver ITQ in the organisation. Will it be self-study, have you got an in-house trainer; which alternatives are offered by colleges and providers? What is your time frame? There is nothing worse, or more uninspiring, than an open-ended training programme with no clear end in sight.
Think about how you want to encourage people to learn. Should they do something every week? Should they work through a unit a month? Do you want them to learn more intensively, or take more time over it?
